Clarence Takeo "Chokie" Ichioka, 88, of Wahiawa, a retired equipment specialist at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by son Stephen, also known as "Steve" and "Beava"; daughter Janice Fukawa; brother Yoshikiyo Nishizaki; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Service: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
