He is survived by spouse, Rachel Rapez; sons, Edward Rapez, Jr., Victor (Denise) Rapez, Randall Rapez; daughter, Verna Rapez; step-sons, Lloyd Rapez, Lance Rapez; hanai-son, Dong Su Ko; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Friday (Aug 14) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary; funeral services 10:00 a.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park, Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
