Tomio Takiguchi, 85, of Pearl City, a retired Hawaiian Telephone employee, part-time farmer and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Sadie M., sons Nathan and Jon, daughter Lynn Silva, brothers Daniel and Gary, sister Jane Kato, nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Kalihi Union Church, 2214 N. King St. Services: 4 p.m. Burial: 11 a.m. Aug. 21 at Oahu Cemetery. Aloha attire. No flowers.
