79Lydia Foon Lee Fong, 85, of Honolulu, a state Department of Education school registrar, died. She was born in Canton, China. She is survived by son Randal; daughters Donna L. Wong and Natalie F. Hoffman; brother Howard Yuen; sisters Bernice Chong, Sylvia Yuen, Jean Yates and Carol Souza; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: noon Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary.
