74Marilyn Yoshie Joe, 93, of Kaneohe, a retired Hawaii Government Employees Association secretary, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Valerie Nishikawa and Susan Madeiros, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
