Keichi Fukuda, 98, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Defense painter, died in Waipahu. He was born in Hanalei, Kauai. He is survived by sons Alvin, Patrick and Vernon; daughter Laura Takahashi; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
