Billiamic "Bill" Sibayton, 89, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired state Department of Transportation electrician for the Airports Division and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Miu Lin, sons Wilfred and Jeffrey, daughters Janice Arakaki and Debbie Ann Coyle, hanai daughter Caroline Porlas, brothers Joseph "Joe" and Patrick "Pat," 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
