MCPO CHARLES WILLIAM HIGDON, USN (RET) CHUCK MCPO Charles "Chuck" William Higdon USN (Ret), passed on Saturday February 7, 2015. Survived by his loving wife, Faye [Okouchi]; children, Carla Okouchi (Cory), Damien Higdon (Annie), Danica King (Eric), and Nalani Staats (Sean); and 10 grandchildren Taylor, Caden, Madeline, Riley, Kiran, Kaleo, Nashira, Kiana, Naomi and Zorion. Funeral Service was held on Saturday, February 14 at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, 2001 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, VA 22306, 703-765-6118. Memorial contributions to the MVPC Capital Fund. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, 22 August 2015 at 10:30 AM at Mililani Presbyterian Church, 95-410 Kuahelani Ave Mililani, HI 96789-1421 1 (808) 623-6663 Casual attire.
