Takeo Inokuchi, 88, of Honolulu, a retired state Civil Defense branch supervisor and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Judy, sons Lance and Ladd, daughters Lynn Nagata and Sharon Hockridge, brother Yutaka, sister Tamoe Yamaguchi and five grandchildren. Private services.
