Charles William Higdon, 71, of Alexandria, Va., a retired Navy master chief petty officer electronics technician and a Defense Technology Inc. analyst in logistics, died in Fort Belvoir, Va. He was born in Chatsworth, Ga. He is survived by wife Faye; son Damien; daughters Carla Okouchi, Danica King and Nalani Staats; and 10 grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Presbyterian Church, 95-410 Kuahelani Ave. Aloha or casual attire. No flowers.
