80Barney Michael "Uncle B" Santiago, 62, of Hilo, a retired Hawaiian Electric Light Co. control operator and a former Hilo Coast Processing Co. plant worker and truck driver, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kohala. He is survived by sons Travis and Justin, daughters Chelsea Pamarang and Vanessa Agliam, father Frank Sr., brothers Frank Jr. and Steven, and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Additional celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday at Richardson Beach Park. Casual attire.
