72Jesus Manuel Balicana Agacid, 78, of Waipahu, a former deacon at West Oahu Baptist Church and a retiree from Fred Lau Landscaping, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Ferdinand A.; daughters Gilma A. Respicio, Chaly A. Lapurga and Divina A. Agbayani; brother Felisicimo B.; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
