67Charlotte Ululani Kanaele, 74, of Makawao, Maui, a retired Miyako Sushi sushi maker, died at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Peahi, Maui. She is survived by son Leighton; daughters Wainani Cugal and Jocelyn Kanaele; hanai daughter Rowena "Diz" Yamada; brothers Walmer and Larry Holokai; sister Vivian L.
