Francis W. "Frank" Bagano, 70, of Waipahu, a retired welding general foreman at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Stephanie "Isokane," son Travis and stepfather Salvatore "Sal" Abbatiello. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary, 1330 Maunakea St., Honolulu. Services: 5:30 p.m. Inurnment: 10 a.m. Sept. 8 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers. Condolences: borthwickoahu.com.
