Rogelio Ison Odviar, 80, of Waianae, a Navy mess management specialist and veteran, died. He was born in Rosario, Cavite, Philippines. He is survived by wife Belen, son Vladimer, daughters Verna Jackson and Vikki Debutiaco, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
