Ernest Ryuzo Okumoto, 75, of Honolulu, a Board of Water Supply data analyst and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Lorene, son Chadwick, daughter Camille "Annie" and sister Nellie Nakano. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Flowers welcome.
