Stanley Seiji Ushijima, 99, of Hilo, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. field engineer and an Army veteran who served with the 100th Infantry Battalion, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Charles and Tetsuro "Ford," three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
