YUKIO YOKOE LTC, U.S. Army (Ret.) 89, a 32° Mason, passed away on August 23, 2015 at home in Honolulu. Born in CA and a graduate of San Jose State University, he also retired from PacTel as a Senior Engineer. He served in the 442nd RCT, 100th Bn in Italy, received a Battlefield Commission during the Korean War, and served in the Vietnam War. Among his many decorations are the Silver Star, Purple Heart, 3 Bronze Stars, and Air Medal. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Juliet; daughters Dawn Yokoe, MD (Andrew Forrest, Omar & Xiaoqiao), Lynn Yokoe (Juliet & Grace), and Joyce Yokoe (David Driver, PhD, Jason & Austin); brother Tom and sister Nancy Ohira. Private services at Punchbowl.
