The Rev. Wilbur Meldon Kelly, 86, of Hilo, a retired minister for Agat General Baptist Church on Guam, retired associate pastor at United Community Church in Hilo and a Navy veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Jackson, Minn. He is survived by wife Marjorie, sons David and Kent S., sister Kay Dingman, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at United Community Church, Hilo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers or monetary offerings, donations suggested to Hilo United Community Church.
