Takushi Sodetani, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. private branch exchange installer and an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Waipahu. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by son Scott T., daughters Christine K. Sodetani and Kay T. Hasegawa, sister Matsue Shimizu, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary gifts.
