WALTER HYEN SEONG LIU JR Walter Hyen Seong Liu Jr was born on October 7, 1936 and passed peacefully on September 6, 2015 at his home in Muskegon, Michigan under the loving care of his family, caregivers, & Hospice of Michigan. Walter is survived by his wife, Vivian Liu, sons Walter (Miki), David, Alan & daughter Michele (Shane) Akana; sisters, Lorna (Liu) Ota & Rochelle Liu, OSF; 9 grandchildren: Kaleilani, Jasmine, Kalani, Kawika, Brianna, Meakalia, La'akea, Kainoa, & Taecia; 3 great- grandchildren: Link, Poszydien, & Malaea. Predeceased by first daughter, Odelian Leiola Liu at 6 mos. The family invites friends & relatives to join us in a celebration of Walter's life, on Saturday, October 10 at Borthwick Mortuary in Nu'uanu from 9-11am. A private burial will follow.
