76Melvin W.S. "Mel" Chow, 73, of Honolulu, owner and president of Mel W.S. Chow and Associates and past president of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Duck Doo Society, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Paula J.; son Richard B.W.K. "Benny"; daughters Ruth Wolfe, Romney A.L. Bitanga and Shana M.J. Chow; sister Alvina Gadeberg; and 10 grandchildren.
