Kenneth Ray Price Sr., 67, of Pearl City, a retired police captain with the Department of Defense's Pearl Harbor Naval Base Police Department, died in Pearl City. He was born in Wayne, Mich. He is survived by wife Otilia A.; sons Kenneth R. Jr. and Kendall; daughters Vivian M. Teleaga, Gayla A. Price, Ophelia J. Price, Opallina T. Molina, Odelia S. Stites and Octavia O. Price; brother Harry K. Price Jr.; 15 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Mass: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Military honors to follow.
