73Bruce Edward Makarewicz, 62, of Kailua-Kona, owner of Advance Drug Testing Services in Kailua-Kona, died. He was born in Waterbury, Conn. He is survived by wife Pimpaporn "Gaou," stepson Suket, mother Ann Mack, brothers Barry and Kevin, and sisters Mother Jadwiga Makarewicz and Paula Pinkham. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at the new West Hawaii Community Health Center pavilion, 74-5214 Keanalehu Drive, Kailua-Kona. Services: 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to West Hawaii Community Health Center.
