Arbie Lee Conley Jr., 72, of Kapolei, a retired social worker, security guard and an Army veteran, died in Kapolei. He was born in Tulsa, Okla. He is survived by wife Dorotea N., sons Crystoferlee B. and Prentice B., daughter Crystelle M., stepson Giovanni Noces, mother V. Essie, brother Prentice D. and sister Dr. Virginia Conley-Hathaway. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
