72Kathy Lynn Akie Sugitaya, 56, of Honolulu, a former blackjack dealer at Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Ryan A. Arakaki and Jayme C.A. Sugitaya, sister Debbie Ueda and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
