Herbert Ming Chun, 85, of Lahaina, an Air Force veteran, died in Hale Makua Kahului. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by wife Generosa Chun; daughters Faith Ompoy and Rhoda Cortes; sisters Wilma Kahalekai and Hoku Sakamoto; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Norman's Mortuary. Service: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Maui Veterans Cemetery, Makawao.
