He is survived by wife Naomi Hee Soon Lim; son David; daughter So Yong Kaji; stepdaughter Dianne Lim-Tam; stepson Roman Lim; sisters Young Soo Yi, Bok Soo Kan and Myung Soo and Chun Ja Kim; and six grandchildren.
