72Dr. David J. Fergusson, 83, of Honolulu, a retired cardiologist, died in Honolulu. He was born in England. He is survived by wife Moira, son Mark, daughters Irene Driscoll and Nicola Dreibholtz, stepsons Grant and Wayne Seligson, and nine grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to the Queen's Medical Center Cardiac Fellowship Program.
