74Elvine Rodrigues Ikeda, 74, of Aiea, formerly of Waipahu, a retired state Department of Public Safety secretary, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Jeffrey, daughter Staci Turner, brother John V. Rodrigues Jr., sister Clarice Cathcart and a grandchild.
