73Basilio Agno Raza, 87, of Kilauea, Kauai, a retired landscaper for the Cliffs at Princeville, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Virgie D.; sons Cecilio Sr., Venancio and Basil; daughters Merida Alfonso, Criselda Ramento, Rosemarie Lutz, Aida Agoto, Marilyn Jarquio, and Rosalinda, Murielyn, Sara A. and Angelica R. Raza; brother Herminio; sister Florenza Herrera; 22 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Nov. 7 at St. Catherine Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Kapaia.
