75Florencio Amigable "Floring" Barroga, 78, of Honolulu, a Flobel's Construction owner, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Isabel D.; sons Ruben and Edwin; stepsons Melvin and Ben Quines; daughters Shirley Guillermo and Estrelita and Estrella Barroga; mother of children Veronica; brother Lucio; sister Gertuliana Bantolina; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
