EUFRACIO T. ALVARADO, JR. Command Sergeant Major, USMC, Ret. Age 78, of, Kaneohe, passed away October 17, 2015 in Kailua. Born March 22, 1937 in Honolulu. A man loved, admired and respected by many. He was known to all as "the Sgt. Major" and "Tutu man" by family and friends. He passed peacefully surrounded by his wife, children & grandchildren. He is survived by wife, Helena Alvarado; sons, Eric Alvarado, Nathan (Penny) Alvarado, Eugene (Roxane) Alvarado; daughter, Denise (Leo) Lawrence; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. Memorial service 10:00 a.m. Sunday, March 6, 2016 at family compound, 47-569 Mapele Place, Kahaluu.
