71Philip Michael "Mike" Luce, 68, of Waimea, Hawaii, a project engineer for the H-3 Windward terminus on Oahu, grade superintendent for Kuwaye Bros./Allied Aggregates, founder of M. Luce Contracting Inc. and MLC Inc., and a Hawaii island business and community leader, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Suzanne. Celebration of life: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Kahilu Theatre, Waimea. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Kahilu Theatre Foundation, Kahilu Theatre, Box 549, Kamuela, HI 96743.
