71Meleane "Latu" Saafi, 80, of Lahaina, a housekeeper, died. She was born in Maufanga, Tonga. She is survived by husband Samuela H. Me'e; sons Soane, Timote and Tevita Havili, Sione Faleta, Sopasi and Henele Saafi, and Weis Donald; daughters Silivia Fuimaono, Melaia Tu'akoi, Su'eina Felila, Molini Vake, 'Ana and 'Enafe Saafi, Molimoli Toa, and Laumanu Savou; brother Sepuloni M. Falekaono; sister Veniola Taufa; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6-10 p.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lahaina. Services: 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial: 10:30 a.m. at Maui Memorial Park, Wailuku. Flowers welcome.
