WESLEY W. ICHIDA Wesley W. "Wes" Ichida, a retired attorney, passed away on Oct. 15, 2015, at the age of 69. He was born in Honolulu, HI. Wes grew up in Pauoa Valley and attended Iolani School, where he was the Editor of Imua "Iolani", the school newspaper. He earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan and his law degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was the Editor of the law review. Wes practiced law for over 30 years in Honolulu as a litigator and partner at Case, Kay & Lynch, as well as Lynch, Ichida, Thompson, Kim and Hirota. Wes loved practicing law, spending time with his wife, Patti, and son, Justin, playing racquetball, and finding the humor in everyday life.
