78Rudolph Kaleialoha "Bully" Ka'aikala, 74, of Waianae, an Ameron Construction Co. Inc. retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lanai City. He is survived by wife Jane M.; sons John K. and Rudy K. Jr.; daughters Dorothy Jane M. and Crystal I.; brothers David "Sweetie Boy" and Ben; sisters Cecilia "Porky" Giffard, Grace "Tita" Eskaran, Elizabeth "Ipo" Lanoza and Elenor "Bulu" Kekiwi; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. No services.
