George Yoshio Higa, 82, of Wahiawa, a retired estimator for Industrial Welding and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kaoru; daughter Harriet; brothers Zensuke, Richard, Harry, Ronald and Michael; sisters Mabel Higa, Alice Howe and Lorene Ono; and two grandchildren. Private services.
