72David Clarance Waldram, 55, of Hilo, an optician and security guard, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Lynnwood, Wash. He is survived by son David Branco Jr., daughter Kimberly M., brother Eric, half brother Dana, sisters Jolanda Whitecare and Sonja Blair, half sister Rose Larson and former wife Cindy Branco.
