KENNETH MITSUO OKAMURA 77 years old, passed peacefully at his residence in Honolulu surrounded by his family. Kenneth was born on February 19, 1938 in Honolulu. He graduated from McKinley High School in 1956. Kenneth took over the family business, M. Okamura Contractor, Inc. in 1963 and was President of the company for 45 years. Kenneth is survived by Amy Okamura, his wife of 57 years. He is also survived by daughter Cheryl Okamura-Fansler (husband Mark Fansler); son Frank (wife Shelley); son Dale (wife Iris)-all of Honolulu and son Daryl (wife Jody) of Shoreline, Washington. Kenneth is survived by his 11 grandchildren and 5 great grand- children. He is also survived by his three sisters, Nancy Abe, Pat Nakai and Lorraine Kadooka, all of Honolulu. Memorial service will be held on December 5, 2015 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary at 2233 Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii. Visitation 4pm; Service 5pm The family requests no flowers.
