83Kenneth Tsutomu Doi, 90, of Honolulu, retired owner of Winam Auto Service Inc., died. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Reynold and Ronald, sister Nancy Hamai, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
