71David Ortiz, 76, of Ewa Beach, a retiree from the Reinforcing Ironworkers Union, Local 625, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Patricia; son David; daughters Donna Marie, Tanya Juarez and Miriam Quijano; brothers John, Steven and James; sisters Nettie Vasquez, Margaret Dominguez and Faith Estrada; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m.
