Horendio A. "Phil" Piligrino, 83, of Honolulu, a musician and member of the Honolulu Community Band, and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Naalehu, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Donald, Antonio and Dimi; and sisters Augustina Exzabe, Arsenia Surell, Ernesta Cooper, Shereen Matsumoto, Laureen Piligrino and Anne Jambaro. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Church, 2324 Omilo Lane, Honolulu. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
