74Dane Yoshio Kurihara, 61, of Kauai, formerly of Kona, Hawaii, a retired auto mechanic, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Nicole, hanai brother Wayne K. Slater and hanai sister May Mariani. Services: 9 a.m. Dec. 30 at Samuel Mahe- lona Memorial Hospital.
