Thomas Tadashi Higa, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Tel installer repairman and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by daughters Holly H. Hatch and Carol F. Higa; brothers Joe and Douglas; sisters Tomie and Tsuruko Higa, and Amy Ban; and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
