81Barbara B. Nakasone, 84, of Wahiawa, a retired state Department of Education special education teacher, died in Wahiawa. She was born in Waukegan, Ill. She is survived by husband Walter M.; sons Grant and Scott Farrell, and Kuan Sun and Hon Ying Yuen; brothers Fred and Jan Bairstow; and four grandchildren. Private services.
