Hisashi Hirata, 82, of Ewa Beach, a retired U. Okada & Co. deliveryman and an Army veteran, died in Community Living Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Lois Y.; sons Clyde H. and Wayne H.; sisters Tokiko Yamada, Teruko Kansaku, Yukiko Masaki, Alice Ishii and Katherine Ottoboni; and five grandchildren. Private services.
