Seichi "Naka" Nakamura, 92, of Honolulu, a Board of Water Supply retiree and an Army veteran who served with the Military Intelligence Service in World War II, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Masako "Janet," son Roy K., daughters Donna Y. Nakamura and Laura T.N. Katase, and five grandchildren. Private services.
