77Patricia Ann Rice, 83, of Honolulu, a Social Security Administration retiree and former Blaisdell Center box office employee, died. She was born in Port Huron City, Mich. She is survived by sisters Marianne Stager and Gail Jewett. Services: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Jan. 29 at Elks Club, 2933 Kalakaua Ave. Aloha attire. No flowers.
