74Charlotte Kehaulani Ubando, 67, of Kaneohe, a retired certified nursing assistant at Ann Pearl Nursing Home, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Ronald Sr.; sons Ronald Jr., Nathan and Jason; daughters Geri Biano and Kehau Ubando; brothers Melvin and Ronald Rodrigues; sister Gail Rodrigues; hanai sister Esther Gilman; and seven grandchildren.
